For more than three decades, Balasubramaniam (Bala) has advised homebuyers, investors and property owners on residential real estate in Bengaluru.
Long before Spacecraft was established in 2012, family, friends and acquaintances were already seeking his advice on important property decisions.
Every conversation began the same way. Before evaluating a property, he took the time to understand the client.
A young family, a first-time homebuyer, an investor and an NRI all approach property decisions differently. The questions he asked—and the advice he gave—reflected those differences.
