A quiet philosophy that shapes every conversation.
Balasubramaniam (Bala) has spent more than three decades advising homebuyers, investors and property owners on residential real estate in Bengaluru. In 2012, he founded Spacecraft to bring that experience and independent approach to a wider group of clients.
Every conversation begins the same way. Before evaluating a property, he takes the time to understand the client. Whether someone is buying a first home, investing for the future, selling a long-held property or managing real estate from overseas, every decision begins with a different objective. The questions he asks and the advice he gives reflect these differences.
